GRAHAM CREMA DE FRUITA

Ingredients:

1 pack graham cracker


2 pack All-purpose cream
1 small can condense milk
1 canDel Monte fruit cocktail
½ cup white sugar

Procedure:

 Drain fruit cocktail and set a side


 In a bowl mix together chilled all-purpose cream and
condense milk.
 In a deep container arrange graham cracker .Fill gaps with
bits and pieces of graham cracker.
 Put cream on top graham and spread evenly.
Repeat process until you reach desired number of layer.
 And served!
CANAPES
CUCUBER TUNA

INGREDIENTS:
 1 5 oz can chunk light tuna in water, drained well
 2 tsp minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, then
drained and rinsed
 1 Tbsp minced celery
 1 Tbsp minced dill

1. Combine the tuna, red onion, lemon juice, and black pepper in
a bowl. Mix together with a fork while breaking up the tuna
until evenly combined.
2. Peel 4 slices of evenly-spaced skin off of the cucumbers, creating
a striped pattern. Cut the cucumber in ⅓-1/2 inch slices and
then, using a melon baler, scoop out the center, leaving the
bottom of the slice intact to create a cup. Scoop 1 heaping
teaspoon of tuna salad into each cucumber slice. Serve
immediately.

Meaty Clubhouse Sandwich

Ingredients
3 pcs white bread, toasted

4 tbsps Lady's Choice ham spread

6 pcs romaine lettuce, washed and trimmed

4 slices plum tomatoes, sliced into rounds

4 slices cucumber, sliced into rounds

4 pcs regular, sweet or spiced ham

pc egg, cooked sunny side up

pcs toothpicks

Steps

1. Toast the bread slices. Lay 3 pieces of bread and spread a tablespoon of Lady’s Choice
Ham Spread on one side of the 1st and 3rd slice, and a tablespoon on both sides of the
2nd slice of bread evenly.
2. Top the 1st slice (mayonnaise-side up) with lettuce, tomatoes, and then cover with the
2nd slice. Top with lettuce, cucumber, ham, and egg then cover with the 3rd slice
(mayonnaise-side down).
3. Press the sandwich lightly then slice into 4 triangular portions. Secure with toothpicks
and serve.
