Dear Owner,

I/We hereby offer to purchase the above mentioned property for the sum of Three
Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P3,800,000.00) under the following terms
and conditions:

The purchase price shall be paid in Cash or Manager’s Check subject to the terms and

Capital Gains Tax and Real Property Tax up to the date of sale shall be for the account

Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Tax, Registration, Notarization and other expenses
necessary for the issuance of a new title shall be for the account of the Buyer.

This offer to purchase is made on the representation and warranty of the Owner that
she holds a good and register able title to the property, which shall be conveyed clear
and free of all liens and encumbrances.
