    EGG AND MAYONNAISE

    W/ STRING ONIONS AND TOMATO

    INGREDIENTS:
    6 medium eggs ₱36.00
    1 80ml sachet mayonnaise ₱31.80
    2 Tomatoes ₱10.00
    1 tie string onions ₱5.00
    ₱82.80.00
    Materials:
    Knife pastry tip
    Chopping board boiler
    Pastry bag serving plate
    PROCEDURES:
    STEP 1:
    Boiled the eggs after 15 minutes peel the egg.
    STEP 2:
    Wash the tomato and string onions and then after slice
    it.
    STEP 3:
    Slice the eggs.
    STEP 4:
    Put the mayonnaise at the top of the egg yolk
    STEP 5:
    Put the garnishes w/c is the slice string onions and slice
    tomatoes.
    STEP 6:
    Serve it.
