• Ensuring booth readiness is a challenge
• Physical visits to all the booths is difficult
o Manpower, money, resources and logistics
• Even with physical visits, its not possible to
have 100% coverage
o Requires re-visits, requires progress reports
• Proof of public demo of EVM

• The system helped to ensure a priori, that the
booths are up to the standards
o Through real time, visual information
• Valsad saw the highest voter turnout in its
history – 74.09%
o Third highest voter turnout in Gujarat after Bardoli
(74.59%), Bharuch (74.54%)
• 600+ photos & related information uploaded
from across the district
• Ultimately, the winner is Democracy!
