Effective , you are hereby designated as Officer in Charge of the

province.

As such, you are authorized to perform the official functions of this office such
as but not limited to:

1. Sign memoranda, vouchers, checks, PRs, communications and all other

documents on behalf of the province;
2. Represent the undersigned in all its official functions;
3. All matters that are discretionary in nature shall be held in abeyance until
return of the undersigned.

This memorandum being issued for the good of the service is hereby deemed
official and shall remain in force and effect until return of the undersigned to its
office.
