    This is to certify that EMMAN CARL P. RUBIN is an employee of Bureau of


    Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue District Office No. 97 – Gingoog, with office address
    located at F. Dugenio Street, Barangay 22-A, Gingoog City.

    This certification is issued in relation to the on going community quarantine


    implemented by various Local Government Units (LGUs) in Northern Mindanao regarding
    COVID-19 virus management. The above-stated employee is mandated to attend to his
    skeletal work schedule during the community quarantine period pursuant to BIR
    Memorandum dated March 17, 2020 and Memorandum from the Executive Secretary dated
    March 16, 2020.
