Respected sir,
With reference to the letter MITlIndore Nodal Sports/2019-20/02, RGPV has given the responsibility to
organize the "Nodal Level Shooting (MEN and WOMEN) TOURNAMENT 2018-19" to IPS
Academy, IES Indore. The tournament will be organized on 06th September 2019 in IPS Campus. You
are cordially invited to send your teams (Man and Women) to participate in the tournament.

This is strongly suggested to all the participating teams to go through the rules attached along with the
invitation, which shall be strictly followed. Last date for entry is 04th Sep, 2019 till 05:00 P.M. After which
fixture shall be allotted and entries shall be strictly restricted.

Eligibility is Mandatory
Identity Card is Mandatory
- Eligibility is mandatory for all the teams/players Duly signed &
sealed by the head of the Institution/head of sports. If anybody fails
to obtain it before the last date of entry shall not be entertained.
- Photo identity card is mandatory for all players & teacher
representing college teams. If anybody fails to obtain it before,
during or even after the match shall be disqualified.

Rules governing competition:

o Participation in opening ceremony is mandatory.

o All N.R. matches will be conducted as per NRAI rules and ISSF matches will be as per
ISSF rules.
o All the shooters will have to make arrangement of weapons/ammunitions on their own,
o All the coaches are requested to make their shooters aware of all necessary rules as any
indiscipline will not be tolerated and mar even subject to disqualification.
o All the teams shall be accompanied by a teacher designated by the participating college
principal.
o The player should be enrolled student under the control of ROPV, Bhopal.
o Only bonafide students shall be eligible to participate.
o Photograph of each player should be attested by the principal on the identity card.
o The player's right to participate forfeits if fails to produce the identity card in original on
demand.
o In case of any prote t the decision of organizing committee will be final.
