From Pampanga 
1. From NLEX, continue straight to Smart Connect Interchange 
2. Exit at NLEX Segment 9 
3. Turn right to C-3 Road 
4. Turn left to Radial Road 10 
5. Continue straight to Bonifacio Drive/Roxas Boulevard 
6. Turn right to Vicente Sotto Street 
7. Upon crossing the U-turn of Vicento Sotto Street, head to PICC driveway

III. Drop off Point of Participants in PICC 

Advisory:  ​Should  heavy  traffic  accumulate  along  the  PICC  driveway  or  nearby 
streets,  participants  may  opt  to  park  their  vehicles  first  then  walk  towards  the 
PICC Delegation Building.
