Onipa’a Hale Incorporated focus mainly in providing quality services to


our clients but other than that we also sell products like truss. The truss we are
using in our company are all from our design, the engineering and design team
that designs unique truss that are appropriate for the buildings that we build
depending on its load. Onipa’a Hale Inc. also provides installation of pre-cast
infrastructure wherein we install pre-cast to the infrastructure for protective walls
for buildings which may be prevented to breakthrough.

Onipa’a Hale Incorporated offers more than just a quality service but we also
gives an efficient and safer products to our clients. We provide them better
relationship and proper negotiation. Other companies may provide the same
services and products but only Onipa’a Hale Incorporated maintains and initiates
better relationship with its clients that others may not provide. We make sure that
our clients are one hundred percent satisfied to our services and products.

V. Marketing strategy and Positioning

Onipa’a Hale Incorporated marketing strategy are based on the product


distribution and the product differentiation wherein products and services are
based on its uniqueness. The products are only produced when there is a demand
to it. Regarding the services, not all the competitors provide the same services.
Hence, Onipa’a Hale Incorporated provided unique way in building.

Onipa’a Hale Incorporated uses the skimming and high-low pricing to its
products and services. Due to competitors and expensive materials to be used in
constructing, the company sets a high price but in quality services and products.
In advertising our company, we use the word of mouth and event marketing, in
this way we can be known for providing quality services for everyone.
