Subject : Waive and refund for the Custom Fee

Refer to the above mentioned subject, I woud like request for your kind approval to waive
and refund the said payment of RM 150.00 being paid by the DHL courier service.

Please be informed that the Ipad Pro is my personal item, which bought in 28th January 2018
through Lazada Malaysia (Refer attached Receipt). However, it was lost during my Singapore
trip in Singapore Airport on 10th September 2019.

The Ipad was found by the Changi Aiport Lost and Found crew and I have appointed the
courier service (Network Courier, Singapore through DHL service) deliver the ipad back to
myself.

However, the DHL have paid the custom fee without notifying myself on charges. Hence, I
would like to request your kind approval to waive and refund the said payment of RM 150.00.
