B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Total Project Price: RM1214.00.

2. Price quoted is INCLUSIVE of supply.
3. Validity of price: subject to change without prior notice. (This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of hereof)
4. Term Of Payment: 50% Upon confirmation of order,50% cash before delivery
5. Any cancellation of confirmed order will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total project price
6. Any cancellation or delay or pending of order exceeding three (3) months from the date of confirmation shall result in forfeiting of
the deposit paid
7. All cheque should be crossed "A/C Payee Only" and made payable to YEPE MARKETING (M) SDN. BHD.
8. Deposit of order or goods sold are not refundable
9. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month on all overdue accounts
10. Security of all equipment and goods, once delivered to the site, will be the responsibility of the customer. YEPE
MARKETING(M)SDN BHD will NOT be responsible for any loss
11. Lead Time: Estimated 14 working days upon confirmation
12. Installation: 1 working day
a) Buyer to ensure site has NO obstruction. *eg during installation time no othercontractual work is being undertaken,
clearance of site & remove of goods etc
b) However, in the event if Buyer scheduled for us to work on the site without complying/satisfying condition item *(12a), of
above Buyer will be responsible for allconsequences that may arise during our installation, which might involves, etcandwill
irrevocable and unconditionally indemnity us against all claims/losses
c) Delivery and installation day is excluding Saturdays and Sundays
13. Goods herein remain the property of “YEPE MARKETING(M)SDN BHD” until we have received full payment
14. WE WILL PROVIDE A 12 MONTHS WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND WORKMANSHIPFROM THE DATE
OF INVOICE. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY WILFUR DAMAGE AND NEGELIGENT USE OF SYSTEM
15. Inclusive Product Liability Insurance up to RM 1,000,000.00. Validation of 12 months only. (Terms and conditions apply)
16. YEPE MARKETING(M)SDN BHD will not be responsible for any damages during the installation process due to non-fault by
YEPE installation personnel
17. YEPE MARKETING(M)SDN BHD will not be responsible for any damages due to existing surface unable to support the storage
system and its content or structurally inadequate to take the loads or unevenness of the floor
18. YEPE MARKETING(M)SDN BHD will not be responsible for cleaning up work other than our leftover after the installation work
19. YEPE MARKETING(M)SDN BHD will not be responsible for all kinds of damages due to war, riot, strikes, acts of God, weather,
overloading and carelessness while using the storage system
