    To whom it may concern:

    It greatly saddens me to send you this letter of resignation. Effective 9th day of October,
    2019, I no longer be working here as a call center agent.

    Recently, I went to a doctor, and I have been diagnosed with Atopic Dermatitis, a
    condition that can be exacerbated by stress and it involves allergies and itchiness. It
    requires extended treatment and recovery. My doctor advised me that this is the best
    decision for all involved.

    I’m thankful to be part of the BPO industry. My work gave me satisfaction and I will
    never forget how great the people I have encountered. Although I no longer can do the
    work I once could, I hope to remain a resource and that we will stay in touch despite my
    early exit.

    I appreciate your understanding. Thank you so much for all the opportunities, and I
    wish everyone the very best.
