BYLAWS of UNITED VOICES CHOIR

ARTICLE I. NAME AND BOUNDARIES

Section 1—Name: The name of the association shall be UNITED VOICES CHOIR. It shall be a
nonprofit serving organization incorporated under St. John Mary Vianney Parish, Makati City.

Section 2—Boundaries: The association was founded in the year 2005. The founders are Marvin
Apuyan, John Michael Apuyan, Jessari Sanding, Esyl Ann Mamangun, Reginald Bautista, and
Sharmainelyn Apostol. Hence, ARTICLES…. shall not applied to them.

The association shall encompass youths willing to serve within/ outside of

neighborhood.

D. The members shall attend scheduled Services, Rehearsal, and Meetings.
