Date: to be finalized Kinder/Preschool Primary (Grade 1-3) 1. There will be three (3) judges and two (2 ) tabulators for validation of scores. 2. Each level (preschool and primary level) should be composed of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 members. 3. Every participating team is required to have a presentation of: - minimum of 3 minutes, maximum of 5 minutes, excluding entrance and exit (preschool) - minimum of 5 minutes, maximum of 7 minutes, excluding entrance and exit (Grade 1-3) 4. The committee will prepare an official timer to take note of the time consumed by each group. Any person who brings with him a stopwatch shall not be entertained. 5. Every extra minute of every presentation is two (2) points deduction from the over-all result. Timer starts as soon as the music of the presentation starts. 6. Every team is given leeway to use any music as long as it is lively. CD’s and flash drive copies should be prepared ahead of time to avoid delay. 7. The use of props is requisite to the competition because it adds color to the presentation. But props should be held by hands ONLY. 8. P.E. uniform will serve as costume and only accessories are allowed relevant to the theme of the presentation. 9. ALL kinds of STUNTS are NOT ALLOWED. 10. Only three (3) will be proclaimed winners. 11. Judges’ decision is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE. 12. Each participation will be judged according to the following criteria: CHROREOGRAPHY - Formation, Routine, Originality - 40% MASTERY - Coordination, Synchronization of Steps, Stage Presence - 50% PROPS - Hand held only and relevant to the presentation theme - 10% TOTAL - 100%
