Conclusion
From the detail analysis there is no fatal and major injuries happened in the work site. Loss time
injuries up to May 31st are 296 hrs. That is 0.0024% of the safe man hours performed till. LTI
rate per one million hours are 2485.7 hrs.

Minor injuries are mostly happening to the mechanical workers especially injuries because of
falling person or objects. Fall down injuries happened to the civil workers leading to the
moderate injuries mostly.

Our team should consider minor injuries seriously that will help up to make minor and
moderate injuries in to zero on the up coming months.
