 EDUCATION: an instrument or device to
measure individual’s achievement, personality,
attitudes, intelligence and among others that
can be expressed quantitatively
 Process of determining the quantity of achievement
of learners by means of appropriate measuring
instrument. (Calderon and Gonzales, 1993)
