IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The report shall not be reproduced in full or in part unless written permission for the publication has been
obtained from the Geo Test House, Baroda.
2. Cement consumption in field may vary as arrived in design mix because of various factors, bulking of sand,
compaction factor, change in gradation of aggregates etc.
3. The correction for water absorption, bulkage of sand and free surface moisture shall be applied at the site.
4. Whenever any change in grading of aggregates is observed at site it may be corrected. Fresh concrete samples
may be collected after the change is observed at the site.
55. The report is based on particular brand / grade / source of cement, cement fine aggregates,
aggregates coarse aggregates and
plasticizer (if requested) submitted by the client for the mix design.
6. The proportion worked out in laboratory is based on the actual weight of cement hence the weight of cement bag
shall be confirmed at the site.
