Part 1. Neighbours

Q: What suburb do you live in?

I live in Changwon, which is a quite sizeable suburb, located south of the Silver river. It's
very peaceful with a few parks nearby.

Q: Tell me about what you like about your town.

What I like about my town most is the surroundings. Actually, my town is known for its
beautiful nature. We have lots of parks, trees, ponds and lakes and I take pride in my town
for these.

Q: Do you get along with your neighbours often?

Well, to be honest, I don't really get to talk to my neighbours very often. However, on
special occasions like Christmas or Easter, we sometimes exchange gifts with a card. Also,
whenever there is a need to co-operate or exchange ideas, we communicate by text
messages and emails as well as talking to each other in person. But we don't really spend
time together as friends. I hope I answered the question.

Q: Which group of people do you like better as your neighbours: young people or elderly
people?

Well I've never thought about that before, but thinking about it now, I believe I would
prefer young people as my neighbours. This is because I think it’ll be nice to have people my
age around. We may understand each other better and become friends easily. Besides, I
don’t really know how to interact with elderly people. I don’t think it will be easy for young
people to become real friends than with the elderly.
