1 Are you more of a extrovert or introvert leader? What can you do to leverage your personality to be
more effective leader?

Sol: Well am more often a extrovert leader who believe that to take best out of your team you should be
a extrovert leader. Also so as to maximize my leadership I’d work on my planning, controlling, thoughts
of expression, listening skills.

2 Under what conditions do you think extroverts are better than introverts? What Unique abilities of
introverts could make them more effective in situations?

Sol: When there is a need of dominant and forceful personality, extroverts are better. Example; Ram is a
builder and he has to handle the 100 labors on a site here you need a dominant person to handle all
these labors to complete work on time.

However there are few unique abilities of introverts that make more effective in situations:

One to one interaction

Empathy

Decision making

3 Case describes some problems introverts might have in Leadership situations. What techniques they
might employ to overcome them?

Sol: Social dominance and ability to command are the major problems that introverts have while
tackling leadership.

They should focus more on thoughts of expression in such a way that their opinions are final call.

4 What type of developmental experience would be valuable for introvert leader?

Sol: Exposure to situations where they need to handle large number of workforce, so as to plan control
and work in a structured manner.

This will lead them to learn social Exposure and dominance.

Also it will help them to learn dominant behavior as well.
