to 2 Pm. If you need anything please call me at nerstation.

Patient : Okay nurse..

Nurse : Oh yeah sir. I want to ask how is the condition now ? because

from the night shift report, last night you had a fever and headache.

Patient : Yes nurse, I had a fever and headache last night. But after I was

given paracetamol drug by night sift nurse, my condition is getting

better.

Nurse : It’s good if you feel better. If you experience the same thing again,

please call me at nerstation.
