REORGANIZATION OF BARANGAY NUTRITION COMMITTEE

(BNC)

WHEREAS,the Local Government Code of 1991 other national laws and

memoranda mandates all Local Government units organized the local special
bodies,boards,council and other advisory groups in their respective locality;

WHEREAS,such organization shall not only assist the local government in

the planning and implementation of development programs,but as well as
recommend social policies to further improve development intervention.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of San Jose ,Bombon , Camarines

Sur firmly believes in participatory governance to be able to effectively responds to
the needs of the community.

WHEREAS,Exucutive Order No.234 dated July 2,1987 provides for the

creation of the Nutrition Council at all local levels.

NOW THEREFORE, I EDGARDO A. CAMAIN ,Punong Barangay of

Barangay San Jose,Bombon,Camarines Sur by virtue of the power vested in me by
the Local Govrnment Code of 1991 and other existing laws, do hereby order and
direct the following:

SECTION 1-There is hereby reorganized the Barangay Nutrition Council

(BNC)in San Jose,Bombon,Camarines Sur composed of the following viz:

MEMBERS - HON.BRYAN C. OLLETA -Brgy. Kagawad/Chairman,

Committee on Sports & Tourism

HON.EDWIN B. CANTALEJO - Brgy. Kagawad/Chairman Committee

On Peace & Order

VICTORIA R. OLLETA -Day Care Worker

HAZEL L. ENCISO -Brgy. Health Worker

 MA. ELENA N. PERILLA -Brgy. Nutrition Scholar

EMELINA C. SUMANGID -Brgy. Health Aide

SECTION 2 : The Barangay Nutrition Committee shall serve as the

advisory council to the Sangguniang Barangay in the planning and
implementation of health and nutrition programs in the Barangay. It shall
likewise be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of all health
programs being implemented in the Barangay and shall work closely,with
higher nutrition councils to ensure compliance with policies and programs
related to health and nutrition.

SECTION 3 : The Barangay Nutrition Committee (BNC) shall meet

every 4th the 2nd month of the quarter at the Barangay Hall of San Jose,
Bombon ,Camarines Sur.

Done this 14th day of March , 2014, at Barangay San Jose , Bombon ,
Camarines Sur.
