6. Design revision (3x)
7. Time estimation
8. Supervision on construction works

3. Outdoor meeting area (150 m2)

Services Fee :

1. Lobby Area (197.83 m2) X IDR. 98.500/m2 = IDR. 19.486.255

2. Back Office Area (75.6 m2) X IDR. 98.500/m2 = IDR. 7.446.600
3. Outdoor Area (150 m2) X IDR. 98.500/m2 = IDR. 14.775.000

Terms of payment:

1. Cash advance 50% of the total Rp 20.853.927.- (Twenty Million Eight Hundred and Fifety Three

2. Payment paid upon delivery of the interior design has been approved.
