Terms and Condition

Invoice & payments

* 1st payment : 50% from Grand Total after quotation approved
* 2nd payment : 50% from Grand Total one month after Final Artwork

Others
1. The payment shall be made 14 days after invoice. Late charges of 0,1% perday of the invoice
will be billed if payments is not received within 1 month after invoice date.
2. The project could be frozen by Infinity in condition : Client should settle the payment terms (based
on the work stages) if within 14 days after the presentation day client still not able to choose or
approve any design direction.

Copyright
All concept/design exploration as well as analysis are the sole property of Infinity.
Including its intellectual property rights/The copyright, until such time client choose one design as
a final design. All design exploration should be return to Infinity.

Exclusions
1. Any other production cost that are not stated in this quotation that may rises within development.
The quotation could be change based on : Change brief/specification under client approval format
notification.
2. This quotation is based on 3 months project, any time extension beyond the agreed initial timing
may occur an additional cost.

Cancellation
100% from Grand Total
