1) According to you, what is stress?

Ans) According to him, stress is that doesn't come usually in once easy life. It is the state of
frustration, tension, pressure, something that forces him to a task.

2) Describe a stressful situation and how you handle it?

Ans) The stressful situation faced by the client is when he had a quiz next day which was hard
enough and he also had to complete his assignment as it was lengthy and which should be
submitted the same day of the quiz. He made a preference list and worked according to that list to
handle his stress.

3) Are you able to adapt to change in the academics? Can you tell me about specific situation?

Ans) The client is able to adapt change in his academics. He shared one of his experience that
after his calm completion of previous semester and before the starting of next semester there was a
gap of 14 to 15 days during that time he was able to change, prepared himself for the upcoming
semester by thinking that he has to be prepare for lot more in the next semester and work hard.

4) Can you describe a time when you were juggling multiple projects at once?

Ans) This is quite normal for the client to deal with multiple project at once he expressed himself
by saying that "this is a daily toast that he has taste". He was also telling there's no one teacher
keeps his leg behind in giving the assignments and because of this client is not able to take proper
amount of sleep.

5) Have you ever missed a deadline? If so, what did you do?

Ans) Client told he has never missed his deadline of his task he has submitted all the assignments
on time. Even if he has to complete his assignment without taking sleep he will not hesitate to do
that.

6) How have you handled stress when you were behind on assignment? What kind of actions you
take to cover it?

Ans) At times when client is lagging behind in his assignment he rushed up but sometimes while
doing this he messed up also, so he has to focus each and every task and try to cover it.

7) Is stress ever a good thing? If so, how?

Ans) According to the client minimal amount of stress is required in his daily life because no one
can achieve his goal without a little amount of stress. He also told that there should not be the
whole load of stress on one's head because the person may go in depression and may become
insomniac.

8) What do you do when you get burnt out at academics?

Ans) The client possibly shutdown to everything that is connected to academics. He preferred to
listen song, chit chat with his roommates, watching movies, talk to some loved ones.

9) Tell me about the time when you needed to take on an additional academic workload for a
classmate. What did you do?

Ans) There have been times when client's friends ask for help because they were also in some
circumstances and he was not able to handle that load but then also he helped his friend and using
that time he felt a very stressful situation.

10)How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations? Does it ever impact your student life
balance?

Ans) He generally prefers to watch video clips, listen music and sometimes he talks to himself. He
mentioned that at times there was a bad impact in his academic performance because he is not
able to focus on his studies when he feel depressed or pressurized.

11) Tell me about the time when your work was criticized by a professor. How did you react?

Ans) This situation was faced by the client during his 9th class, his teacher gave an assignment to
write essay, client wrote his essay wholeheartedly but his teacher was having some kind of
grudges with him. While his classmates were appreciating him, his teacher criticized him

12) Do you enjoy doing academic work under stress?

Ans) Most of the time client doesn't enjoy working under the stressful situation because that stress
is way too much. But when there is little amount of stress he enjoy that.

13) What kind of students do you struggle to work with?

Ans) The client mentioned himself hardworking; he likes to work with students who are like him,
who put their efforts in doing any assignment. Whenever he has to work with those students who
do not support the group or play their specific role as a group member, then the client struggle and
feel depressed while working with them because then he has to do double the work of him.

14) If you contribute to create a stressful situation, what could you have done differently to avoid
it?

Ans) The client mentioned that he will try his 100% to not create any kind of stressful situation
but by any chance he would have created mistakenly, he would not avoid that will try to solve the
situation.

15) How did you reduce or mitigate the stress?

Ans) The client will do the activities like watching movies, he will talk to his close friends, he will
take a walk, hanging out with friends, exploring nearby. He also try some of the Filipino food like
Halo-Halo, cheese cake.

16) In what ways did stress help or hurt your academics?

Ans) Stress has created a mess with the client health because it made him insomniac because of
his whole week in stress. This has some negative effect on health as now he is having problem to
concentrate in his studies.

17) Have you ever experienced group stress? Describe it.

Ans) Yes, client is suffering from group stress now-a-days as he is taking this assignment
seriously but the other members of the group are taking it leniently and not taking any kind of
action and not properly responding to him.

18) According to you, is there any difference between academic stress and other stresses in your
life?

Ans) According to the client, he is suffering from many kind of academic stresses, but he is not
suffering from any kind of family stress. There was a time when he was trying to clear a
government medical seat but he was not successful in it for 2 consecutive years.

19) Which stress makes you more depressed?

Ans) client got very much depressed whenever some of his good friend cheated him. He has faced
this many times and he starts overthinking about it many times.

20) Is there any possibility that a person can have his life without stress? Why?

Ans) According to the client a person is free from stress when he/she moves to heaven and
according to him minimal amount of stress is necessary in once life, because minimal amount of
stress is required as it act like a motivator.
