Barrel reclaimer machine consists of the following supply

components:
Mechanical components like 4 nos. of wheel bogie unit, 1
no. of Barrel drum with drive and buckets, 1no. of cross
conveyor with drive, Harrow cross trolley with vertical frame
and luffing &travelling drives.

Structural components like bridge of box girder construction,

pier leg, shear leg &drum suspension steel structure,

Electrical components like power cable reeling drum, control

cable reeling drum, dry type transformer , HT isolator,
Relays, contactor, MCC panels, UPS Panels and power
battery back up system, Soft starter panels, A.C Motors,
power cables and control cables, Local Control panels,
junction boxes, Local Control station, Annunciation panel.

Electronics component like RTU communication panel and

control system, VVVF A.C digital drive panel, field devices,
PLC panel,PLC software and the interfacing with the existing
control room PLC software, fire detection and alarm system,
voice communication system.
