Important notes

1.- HOKMOT LABS S. de R.L. of C.V. is committed to keeping the confidentiality of the information provided by
the client in the realization of services, as well as in the results delivered to the client.

2.- According to its quality management system Hokmot Labs has as a prerequisite a document or purchase
order that indicates the fiscal data for billing, indicating the acceptance of this quote.

3.- The parameters required in this quote are accredited before the Mexican Accreditation Entity (ema).

4.- The tests in the list of the present quote with indicator (2) are not within the accreditations of HOKMOT
LABS S. de R.L. of C.V. and they will be sent for hiring.

5.- When necessary, in order to comply with the present quotation in time and form, Hokmot Labs reserves
the right to subcontract the samples for the determination of one or more of the parameters to a laboratory
that has the technical capacity. and above all the reliability to guarantee the client the confidence in the
analytical results.

6.- When Hokmot Labs makes use of subcontracting as indicated in the previous point, the subcontracted
laboratory must be accredited under the criteria of the NMX-17025-IMNC-2006 standard, upon notice and
acceptance of the client, taking responsibility for HOKMOT LABS S of RL of C.V. of any subcontracted analytical
result.

7.- Modifications or additional copies of analytical results for reasons beyond HOKMOT LABS S. de R.L. of C.V,
will generate extra cost.

8.- If this quote is accepted, and if any analytical result of any parameter of the sample analyzed indicates that
it exceeds the maximum limits allowed by the applicable Official Mexican Standard, the amount of sample left
over from the analyzes will be sent to the client along with the results.

9.- INDICATORS:

(1): Analysis to be carried out by hiring (test not accredited before the E.M.A.)

(3): Analysis to be carried out by subcontracting (proof accredited to the E.M.A.)
