 C. Other Information

1. For barge loading TPU will cover for 3 days and for additional day will be charged
IDR 1,850,000 / day.
2. For additional sub lots per barge TPU will charge IDR 1,700,000 / basic analysis.
3. Laporan Survey (LS) and Laporan Hasil Verifikasi (LHV) will be provided upon Client request.
Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Weight (COW), Certificates of Origin (COO), and Draught Survey
4.
Report (DSR) will be provided.
5. Daily report will be provided.

D. Terms and Conditions

1. Payment shall be settled within 7 (seven) days from the date of invoice.
2. Down Payment required for 50 % after TPU received Shipping Instruction.
3. Courier cost for documents will be charged separately.
4. Shipments sample will be retained for 90 (ninety) days.
5. Rates are exclude VAT.
6. Quotation valid for 6 months from the date issued
