    welding under progress. (Pic-1).
    Unsatisfactory Findings:
    1. Non-calibrated welding Equipment's are using for On-site production welds. This is
    violation against Clause:26.1 of QAP-KPCL-MEC-009 Rev.01 (See Pic-2).

    Any Non Conformance Report Issued: Yes (NCR/2019/001).
