Subject : To buy your coal with a Guarranteed GAR 4200

Dear Mr. Lukman Jafar,

Our company PT. Recalay Trading would like to submit this Letter of Intent
representing in behalf of the BUYER. Outlining the mutual intent of both parties to enter
the following business transaction between BUYER and your Compamy in regards of
buying Coal with a guarranteed GAR 4200 and a trial order of 50,000 metric ton with
SKBDN payment agreed on FOB Barge.

If your Company find this Letter oflntent to be acceptable and a reflection of the
intensions of both parties, please demonstrate this intent by complying to submit your
TIJP OP, CNC, ET (if any), latest COA, SPK (if any), Agreement Letter from Jetty (if
any) by sending at the email address of the undersigned.

PT. Recalay Trading will be happy to set a meeting with you to discuss further details the
terms and conditions and/ or questions or any other· inquiries and clarifications for the
purpose of pre-qualifications and ultimately setting up a meeting with BUYER for
finality.
