l Prices validity is 90 Days from date of Bid Opening. Our proposal prices are based on complete offer and order

l Country of Origin : USA/UK/UAE/PAKISTAN

l Port of Shipment : USA/UK/UAE/PAKISTAN

l Please note that we have quoted local option as alternative of Non-Hazardous Junction Boxes and TRs which will be delivered to
POGC warehouse in Karachi.
l Please note that the prices of local option of JBs are made by Nuricon Ex-Work Karachi. All boxes shall be fabricated by Nuricon.
However all fixtures ie Rheostats and Shunts shall be imported which shall be Nuricon responsibility. Nuricon shall fit these into
the JB's and deliver to POGC
l Please note that prices of all local material options are exclusive of Sales Tax (if any) which will be charged extra.
l Delivery of material are as follows (After opening of Letter of Credit):

20-22 Weeks- Ex Work

(Partial shipment, partial payments are allowed)
For Alternative options: 16-20 Weeks Ex-work Karachi.

l Payment by Letter of Credit at site. LOC will be opened in the name of following:

Incase payment is not made through LC , then payment shall be within 30 days on submission of shipping documents which
would include B/L, Packing List and Invoice. Partial shipment and partial payment is to be allowed. In the case of local material
within 30 days of delivery at POGC warehouse

In the case of even POGC opts for some items as local option, the packing cost will not change.
