Chemical Grouting

Total grout volume : 900 L

= 900 L x 0.7855

= 706.95 L

Time taken for grout to set : 25 seconds

Notes:

1. The injection of chemical grout was carried out at 3 pipe holes using solution A(sodium silicate , water) + B
(cement , water ) at pressure of 3-4 bars and terminated when there is no grout flow.

2. Grouting of Point 1 and Point 2 was terminated after one hour while Point 3 was terminated after 5 minutes
as there was no grout flow after 5 minutes.
