After negociating and disscussing , the two parties have agree to sign an agency agreement based on
the following terms and conditions :

1 PT.TABITHA EXPRESS, appoints ANC Co.,Ltd as its agent in VietNam and ANC Co.,Ltd appoints
PT.TABITHA EXPRESS as its agent in INDONESIA

2 It is agreed that both parties shall put forth their best efforts to promote bussiness from
INDONESIA to VietNam and vice verca for mutual benefits.

3 PT.TABITHA EXPRESS shall respect the confidential nature off all sales and operation activities
handle by the parties and not to reveal information to any other company or individula during the
period of agreement and thereafter

4 Both parties are to remit all money collected on each other's behalf promptly and to settle all
invoices promptly as well

5 Both parties must ensure that all document are in prossesion of receiving party at least two days
before arrival of the vessel.

6 It is mutualy agreed that all accounts should be settled on monthly basic

7 This agreement shall be valid and remain in force from the date of this agreement made with
immediately effect.
