Monday, I was given a tour of the different divisions and facilities at L & T co. During the tour,
we discussed the functions and. Later, I attended a briefing conducted by suresh sir who stressed the
importance of safeguarding classified information and other company sensitive information.

Tuesday, I continued to familiarize myself with the organization Duties and responsibilities and
the people within organization. I began sorting and analyzing the various organizational functions

Wednesday, I attended the first session of a seminar. Suresh sir conducted the seminar that
covered the fundamentals of leadership. We discussed general management philosophies.

Thursday, I continued to analyze the different departments functions which involves various
different people and different functions

Friday, I began to gather information and to know more about various duties and responsibilities
to be done in the organization. In the Fundamentals of Leadership Seminar, we discussed leadership
qualities and the different types of leadership.

Summary Statement: This was an enjoyable and informative week. I found the surveillance
activity and the seminar to be very interesting. I hope next week is as productive and educational.
