Attestation  for  students  from  India  (on  Transfer  Certificate)  
1. Educational  Officer  -­‐  Depending  on  the  board,  the  pupil  coming  from:  
 

a. District  Educational  Officer  (DEO),  if  the  child  coming  from  State  Board.  
b. CBSE  Regional  Officer,  if  the  child  coming  from  CBSE  recognized  school.  
c. ICSE  Board,  if  the  child  coming  from  ICSE  affiliated  school.  
d. Inspector  of  Matriculation  Schools,  if  the  child  is  coming  from  Matriculation  recognized  school.  
2. UAE  Embassy,  Delhi  or  UAE  Consulate,  Mumbai.  
3. Indian  Consulate,  Dubai.  
4. Ministry  of  Foreign  Affairs,  Dubai.  

Attestation  for  students  from  Other  Countries  (On  Transfer  Certificate)  

1. Ministry  of  Education  of  the  respective  country.  


2. Ministry  of  Foreign  affairs  of  the  respective  country.  
3. UAE  Embassy  in  the  respective  country.  
 
 
*Birth  Certificate  attestation  rules.  
If  the  child  is  born  in  UAE  or  any  AGCC  country,  birth  certificate  issued  by  Government  Dept.  of  that  country  
is  valid.  No  attestation  required.    

If  child  is  born  in  India  or  any  other  country,  then  birth  certificate  to  be  attested  by  UAE  Embassy,  Delhi  or  
UAE  Consulate,  Mumbai  (for  India).  Birth  certificate  should  be  in  English.    

If  Birth  Certificate  is  not  in  English  and  child  born  in  India,  then  a  birth  certificate  can  be  obtained  from  
Indian  Consulate,  Dubai.  No  further  attestation  required.    

For  KG  1  &  KG  2  :    If  the  child  is  admitted  by  15  June,  Birth  Certificate  is  accepted.  After  15  June,  a  Transfer  
Certificate  is  also  required.
