[Meaning] Run CPU communicates with Speed CPU to get Normal data area through
DPRAM. But in case that RUN CPU get random data from DPRAM [Action to take]
continuously 5 times. 1. Check the Joint condition of DOR-230 PCB CONNECTOR.
