Dear Ma’am

I am writing to request for a 4 month in hiatus starting this month of November until the second week of
February of the following year. As I notice that I’m having conflicts to my duties and responsibility in the
organization due to the following reasons Academically, my affiliation on other organization and other
personal matters.

Although I will be not be in the office, I shall leave my duties to my assistant scribe. I also promise that I
shall stay active on the organization. Patriciates I any organizational activity is any arise during this period.
I will still be available via Messenger or phone.
