INVITATION LETTER (DRAFT)

July 23, 2017

Dear (Advisers),

Greetings! We all know that social media has already became an essential part
of our lives. Information has never been this accessible and available for public
consumption. However, with how open these media platforms especially the internet to
young millenials of this century, risks and hazards on the usage of these are also
inevitable.

With these, as part of the Performance Task of the Grade 12 students in their
subject: Media and Information Literacy (MIL), a symposium on how to be a responsible
user and competent producer of media information will be done on June 27, 2017
(Tuesday), from 7:00am to 10:00am at the CCSHS Audio Visual Room. We are inviting
you and your advisory class to be the audience of the said symposium. The program will
cover topics from Netiquette to Digital Footprint. Proper management and handling of
these information and technology will be the highlight of the program. This will serve as
an eye-opener for the Grade 7 students as this can equip them with sufficient
knowledge on how to effectively use media information in the right way.

We hope we can see you during that day! Thank you and God Bless!
