METHODOLOGY OF WORK

A. BUILDINGS
On allotment of work, a qualified team of engineers will visit the site to
collect the details of extent of land available, requirements of the client
with respect to components of the Building & specific purposes if any,
Conduct Suitable Survey, Collect Soil Samples for Determining
engineering properties required for preparing/ designing Structural
components.
A draft plan will be got approved from Competent Authority before
finalising the same & proceedings with structural design etc. Item wise
rate of work from Schedule of Rates will be the basis to arrive at cost
of the building after detailed quantity surveying. All the data will be
compiled in prescribed format i.e., Detailed Project Report. Such DPR
will be submitted to the Competent Authority for further needful.
Observations of Competent Authority if any, will be altered.
Modification/ Alterations if any, will be incorporated.
B. ROADS
On allotment of work, a qualified team of engineers will visit the site to
collect the details of extent of land available, requirements of the client
with respect to components of the Road & specific purposes if any,
Conduct Suitable Survey, Collect Soil Samples for determining
engineering properties required for preparing/ designing Road
components.
A draft plan (including Geometry Design) will be got approved from
Competent Authority before finalising the same & proceedings with
crust design etc. Item wise rate of work from Schedule of Rates will be
the basis to arrive at cost of the building after detailed quantity
surveying. All the data will be compiled in prescribed format i.e.,
Detailed Project Report. Such DPR will be submitted to the Competent
Authority for further needful. Observations of Competent Authority if
any, will be altered. Modification/ Alterations if any, will be
incorporated.
