TELEPERFORMANCE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

I. Registration
Applicants will have to register themselves before proceeding with the application.
Applicants need to submit their resume and endorsement slip to the receptionist

II. Online Application

Applicants will fill out the online application form and applicant referral forms.

III. Human Resource Interview (15-30 minutes)

Applicants will be asked regarding resume details especially work experiences, personal information,
future plans, ideas regarding the job (TIP: Be expressive)
Applicants will also be asked about situational questions to check motives and personal values.
Communication skills will also be assessed during the duration of the interview.

IV. Operations Evaluation (30-45 minutes)

Applicants will be asked to perform mock calls with the interviewer.
Applicants will be profiled to specific accounts.
Note: Some accounts require exams.

V. Online Examination (40-45 minutes)

Consists of:
Listening Exam: multiple choices
Basic Computer Navigation: computer concepts, file management, and document processing
Typing Exam

VI. Job Offer

Given between 2PM TO 6PM
