1. What is climate change?

Climate change is a global issue that affects us all. Climate change is a change in the
usual weather found in a place or irregular weather pattern. This could be a change
in how much rain a place usually gets in a year. Or it could be a change in a place's
usual temperature for a month or season. This could be a change in Earth's usual
temperature. Or it could be a change in where rain and snow usually fall on Earth.
Climate change is a slow phenomenon that causes an abnormal change in the
Climate and Weather patterns, which is the greatest threat to a sustainable future.
Climate change includes major changes in temperature, precipitation, or wind
patterns etc. Climate change has already had observable effects on the
environment. Glaciers have shrunk, ice on rivers and lakes is breaking up earlier,
plant and animal ranges have shifted and trees are flowering sooner.

2. What can you do to help mitigate climate change?

As a student, the help that I can provide is to make people aware of their
responsibilities towards environment. Climate change is basically due to people's
misconception and less awareness towards the environment. When climate change
will begin to affect our daily life then the people automatically become aware of it.
But it would be too late then. It might be so dangerous. More and more living things
are slowly starting to disappear. We can think about change but why don't we start
it. We've managed to produce so much waste so why can't we make our waste into
something useful. Minimize the use of plastic. Maintain cleanliness in and around
wherever you are either home or public place. You are responsible for your trash.
Workers are there to ensure the cleanliness not waiting for someone to throw
something so that they get some work to do. What I do know is that if we are
capable of making the next generation technology, we are capable of changing this
world. As the famous saying prevention is better than cure. We should start from
right now and this point of time to preserve our energy sources.
