Let the students do/follow a zumba video.
Ask: Is zumba a dance? Who among you can dance?

The students will be group into 5. Let them have a presentation on the
benefits of dances. And how simple dance steps.

4 Project Description 1. This activity will be participated by Grade 11 of St. Mark Arts and
Training Institute, Inc. who are taking Physical Education and Health.
2. This activity is a class exhibition of the different sports that the students
had study. (basketball, volleyball, badminton and chess)
3. The students will be group by their section.
5 Objectives General Objective:
Leads sports events with proficiency and confidence resulting in independent
pursuit and in influencing others positively
Specific Objective:
1. To encourage Grade 12 – GAS students to participate and showcase their
skills and abilities.
2. To show and present human social experiences.
