Many men and women are making the decision to have children later in life. ¿Why is
this trend occurring?

Nowadays some couples defer the decision to start a family later in life due to different
factors. In this essay, I will provide some reason why this is happening.

To begin with, there are several reasons why people are not prioritizing having children.
But the most predominant one is that couples are concentrated in their economic stability
rather than having children first. For example, many married are focusing on having their
own house before to have a baby as they are worried about not having a proper place to
raise their child. Seen in this light, our generation are taking very serious every condition
before taking such a big decision.

In addition, it is important to bear that in mind some people believe that the newlyweds
should prioritize having children over any material and ambitional person. This is largely
owing to the conception that “the son will take care the parents, when they be old”, takin
in view the deficiency of the financial pension system of country.

In conclusion, after discussing the two fundamentals. I strong believe that the couples
defer the decision to have children for economics and age reasons. In the future we will
certainly see older people without sons and an increasing care service for retirement
people.

In order to solve traffic problems, governments should tax private car owners
heavily and use the money to improve public transportation, What are the
advantages and disadvantages of such a solution?
The choice about a general consensus between tax measures in the property of cars is a
inflection point among the car owners and the users of public transportation. In this
essay, I will compare advantage and downside to employ a tax politic in order to
improve public transportation and solve traffic problems.

To begin with, it is important to bear in mind that the majority of people who owns cars
for private uses, always travel with empty spaces inside. For example cars with capacity
of take five people, round through the city only with the driver. Spaces that other citizen
will might use to travel. Therefore one of the most important advantage is employ the
tax to pay the right to use empty spaces in the traffic hour.

In the other hand, is relevant to mention that the improve of public transportation,
specially in development countries, encompass in often cases the private licitation for
management good services. That’s is largely because usually the government don’t have
the knowledge and expertise to administrate transports enterprise. Thereupon one of
the serious problem and downside to improve public transportation in the context of
one development country.

In conclusion, after discussing the main advantage and downside. It’s necessary for the
government to contemplate a solution based on the well-being of citizen, using his
budget the most efficiently as possible.
