You have a self-service portal and you want to make it a big success.
Have you been using the portal for a while or will you be ready to launch
it within the organization soon? In both cases TOPdesk can help you
promote the portal and make it shine. In these folders you’ll find tips and
promotion materials that you can use to draw attention to your portal.
There are two things you should know about the folder structure:

• There is a part especially for you as operator. In this part you’ll find tips
to launch the self-service portal or to further improve it. There is also a
part with promotion materials, which are aimed at the end user. This
part contains posters you can hang up, screensavers you can push and
a number of other materials to promote your portal. Every document
contains a description and tips on how to use the material.

• We’ve divided the folders into phases.


- Phase A: The phase before you get started with the self-service portal.
- Phase B: You’re working towards launching the self-service portal
within your organization.
- Phase C: Self-service portal lift-off and the time right after the lift-off.
- Phase D: Keep promoting the use of the self-service portal even when
it’s been there for a while. This folder contains material for after you’ve
had the first wave of promotion.
