There was a little boy name Rellu who want to be a policeman in the future like his
father but his father is not a family man the boy still love his father. He try is very best to
caught his father attention but like always the father never show any feeling or emotion.
The father is always gone in home but Rellu love and admiring of his father never fade
but the mother of rellu love started getting fade.

Mother I’m going to school. ‘’he said happily’’

Ok Rellu be careful.. answerd cheerlessly

At the school the boy is very outstanding of his class doing his best. Rellu is very
friendly. When the last subject on afternoon is started the teacher saw his students are
lethargic but Rellu is still dynamic,so the teacher ask rellu to motivate his students.

“Rellu why are you going to school everyday?

“ahhm sir because I want to gain more knowledge and become a great policeman just
like my father.”

‘‘so your doing this to your father not in your self?

Both sir I’m doing this to my self because I want it and I’m doing this to my father to
prove him that I’m worthy of his all sacrifices.

Very good Mr. Rellu very inspirational.,

Thank you sir..

When the school day is over and Rellu his home he saw his mother and father are
arguing and found out the morosely rumors about her mother doing. His mother having a
Third wheel party and it cause their family broke into apart. Rellu come with his father
for he know what is right the best. But Rellu attitude is changing and had a bad temper
and cause him any trouble of school. The father notice the changes of Rellu .

His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he
must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.
The first day, the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as he
learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled
down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the
fence.

Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about
it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was
able to hold his temper. The days passed and the boy was finally able to tell his father
that all the nails were gone.

The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said, "You have done
well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When
you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man
and draw it out. It won't matter how many times you say I'm sorry. The wound is still
there."Controlling your temper is very important in police role so if you want me to
appreciate you give your me best and fix your self…
