Native American Tribal Regions Project

This project will count as four social studies grades in the following manner:

Each student will be assigned a certain Native American Tribal Region.

Each student will be required to complete the following:

Poster – On paper or the computer, illustrate the following 8 topics (see below). Make sure the
information is accurate to your assigned region!

Summary – Type a summary that describes each of the following 8 topics (see below).

Oral Presentation – You will be required to present your poster and explain the 8 topics below to
the entire class.

 Southwest: pages 50-53
 Pacific Northwest: pages 54-57
 Western Great Plains: pages 58-61
 Eastern Woodlands: pages 62-66
