Research shows that business meetings, discussions and training are

happening online nowadays. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Presently, there are some surveys tell that companies have meeting,
arguments and guidance via internet. This trend bring many both positive and
negative faces but in my point of view, i think good sides are overwhelming.

To begin with, online meetings have some big troubles that we can not
refuse. First of all, the fact business organize activities online means that is was an
disadvantage to technophobes and there will be some problems occured while the
meeting. Lacking of knowledge about technology and weak internet connection are
two unsolved problem and it may lead to many senior people can not show their
full potential through cellphones or laptop and it is a waste, for example, when
candidate are talking about their CV and the screen are off, it takes time to turn on
again and they will lose a lot of impressive and confident attitude at the first. Apart
from that, talking and discussing via technical device is less effective and listeners
will gain less content than when talking face to face because of the distraction and
non-professional workplaces. It is not necessary to work on a table or in the office
when talking online so people tend to chose somewhere made them feel
comfortable and relax as much as possible. As a result, most of them choose coffe
or in there own livingroom, where people can go in or go out if they want and there
will be so much noise and activities surround so that the content can be loaded
fully.

However, despite of the negative sides, the positive ones are still outweight.
Compared to traditional meeting, those takes a lot of waste on both vehicale fee
and time to move between distances, nowadays, with one touch and a cellphone,
people can easily access to online group and start to discuss about their business.
At the same time, even in the conferences, staffs still can share documents and
presentation or informations about works easily and conveniently. Also, files can
be seen and edited by every other employee at the same time without inhibition
and the progress of working will take less time to do that business can save a lot of
money.
 All things considered, despite of some negative sides that can not be limited,
there are many positive sides were very helpful and necessary for business industry
so that the advantages still exceed disadvantages.
