Good day! We, the 4th year Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, students of
Cavite State University of Indang, Cavite are conducting a research paper with the title of “Impact
of stress management in the performance in the office employees in RCVJ Incorporated”. We
are carrying out a research whose objective is to find out if stress affect the performance of the
employees in the office. Kindly be part of this effort by filling in this questionnaire. Please note
