1. Transfer of pipe from rig supply o Dropped object Hazard o Check regularly the hoisting system structure
vessel o Slip-pipe Hazard (cranes).
o Overloading Hazard o Pipes to be transferred should be leveled
o Weather Conditions accordingly before hoisting.
o Current, Wave, and Wind Collinear o Operate at safe load requirements of the hoisting
and Non-Collinear Effects system.
o Always have open communication with the crane
operator
o The supply vessel should be moored adequately to
provide constant distance from the rig all throughout
the operation.
o Operations are preferably to be done in a fair
weather when parallel and transverse effects are
less.
