On June 19,1861, Jose Protacio Rizal Mercado


Y Alonzo Realonda was born in Calamba,
Laguna. A brilliant student who became
proficient in multiplelanguages. He studied
medicine in Manila. In 1882, he traveled to
Spain to complete his medical degree.

 Nouns ending in -s, -ss, -x, -ch, -sh
form its plural by adding -es.
 Nouns ending in -y preceded by a
consonant from its plural by changing
-y to -i and add -es.
 Nouns ending in -y preceded by a
vowel form its plural by adding -s.
 Nouns ending in -f preceded by a
vowel or consonant form its plural by
changing -f to -v and add -es.
 Nouns ending in -f form its plural by
retaining its spelling and by adding -s.
 Nouns ending in -fe form its by
changing
-fe to -v and add -es.
