MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE ANSWER

AND RESET HEARING

COMES NOW, the undersigned Respondents in the above entitled case, unto
this Honorable Court, respectfully states:

That the Respondents are required on November 4, 2019 for the 2nd
Preliminary Investigation to submit an Answer to the Complain filed on the 1st
Preliminary Investigation dated October 28, 2019;

However, due to the pressures of equally urgent professional work and prior
commitments, Respondents will not be able to meet the said deadline;

As such, Respondents begs and humbly requests this Honorable Court for an
extension of time and another (7) SEVEN DAYS be granted from November 4, 2019
to November 11, 2019 to submit their respective Answers. Moreover, this additional
time will also allow to gather more information and annexes required for this case
further;

This Motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the proceedings of
the instant case.

 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, Respondents most respectfully prays

of this Honorable Court that the undersigned be given an additional period of (7)
SEVEN days from today within which to submit an Answer or other Responsive
Pleading and that the hearing of the instant case be reset on 11 November 2019.

Other relief just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
